About Cindy

Cindy is an NCIDQ-certified interior designer and project manager with over 15 years of experience in commercial interiors, including 10 years working directly with commercial landlords.

That experience gave her a strong understanding of projects from both the tenant’s and the landlord’s perspective, covering lease requirements, approvals, building standards, permitting, budgets and construction coordination.

It led her to build a practice that helps businesses navigate the entire process, from initial planning and design through permitting, construction and successful completion.
