“Say what you will do, do what you said, and if something changes, say so early.”
About Rie
Rie spent a decade building and then selling what was Canada’s first social media marketing company. Along the way she became a speaker, a bestselling co-author, and eventually chief of staff at the Space Centre, where she led growth and strategy.
Her career has been about helping businesses grow through brand, positioning and plain-spoken marketing. Three years ago she partnered up in life with Trent Reisinger, an electrician who has spent 18 years building his company by doing things differently: leading with integrity, showing up on time, and showing people what electrical done right actually looks like.
It did not take long to see where she fit. He is exceptional on the tools, and she is exceptional at the strategy, systems and growth around him. She came on board as General Manager to help turn a great small trade business into a bigger, stronger company.
She cares about this work because local businesses are the backbone of a community, and she loves building things that last.
What Reisinger Electric Does
Reisinger Electric is an established electrical contractor focused on larger-scale projects across the Lower Mainland: commercial buildings, strata and multi-family properties, and fleet EV charging. They handle service upgrades, ongoing maintenance programs and multi-unit installations, done properly, explained clearly, and stood behind.

Rie is also keen to meet car dealership GMs and fleet operators thinking about EV charging, plus fellow business owners who serve those same clients.
A good time to introduce someone:“If you hear a strata council or property manager complaining about their electrician, that is a great time to introduce us. Same goes for anyone talking about EV charging for their building, dealership or fleet.”

A Little More About Rie
What she values in a professional relationshipFollow-through. Say what you will do, do what you said, and if something changes, say so early. She also values straight talk over sales talk. The best professional relationships she has had were built on honesty, mutual respect, and genuinely enjoying working together.
Something people may not knowShe is an avid traveller. She has RVed around Europe, climbed the Great Wall of China twice, and been inside the Great Pyramids of Giza. Work has taken her to Thailand and Australia too, where she snuck in some exploring between speaking engagements. She once went paragliding off a mountain in the French Alps. The paragliding was amazing. The landing was not, and it ended the trip early. No regrets.
A cause that matters to herBuilding up the small business community. She started her first company to give local business owners a real chance to compete with the big box stores, by making professional marketing something they could actually afford. That mission has not changed.
